She is immediately introduced as one of the trusted characters in Coen's life, and she will be the first one to help Coen find out where his family is being held.
Anca appears as early as the Prologue, during the scene where Coen's father asks him to fetch some herbs for his mother. This early introduction establishes her as a significant character from the very beginning of the game.
Role in the Story
Anca plays a crucial support role in Coen's journey to save his family. As a herbalist, she provides both medicinal assistance and emotional support throughout the game. Her expertise in herbs and knowledge of the local area make her an invaluable ally during Coen's 30-day mission.
She goes as far back as the Prologue, during the scene where Coen's father asks him to fetch some herbs for his mother. During this scene, you can start forming a bond with Anca, although choosing to spend time with her here, or not, will not affect your relationship opportunities later.

Anca is involved in several quests throughout The Blood of Dawnwalker. Players should look for her at her hut in Laslea Glen where she can be found tending to her herbs and preparations.
Relationships
Anca has a deep connection to Coen stemming from their shared hometown. Throughout the game, she serves as both a mentor figure teaching Coen to read and a potential romantic partner. Her patient and caring nature makes her one of the most approachable characters in the game.
Romance Summary
Anca is one of three romance options in The Blood of Dawnwalker. She is the most patient one out of the three, as she takes her time to guide Coen and teach him to read. Though, she keeps a secret near and dear to her. To learn her secret, you will need to gain her trust and get closer to her.
